Joyce Deckman

Joyce was appointed to the city council in April 2002 to fill a vacated seat. She was then elected in April 2002 and the re-elected in April 2004.

She has lived in Arnold for more than 30 years. Joyce has previously served on the Planning and Zoning Committee and the UMSL/Jefferson College Board.

She currently represents the city of the CCI Cable TV Board.
